SACHIN TENDULKAR – AN ERA IN HIMSELF

It has been about 24 hours since the news of Sachin Tendulkar’s retirement is out, and it seems that the world is in Tsunami mode. A Cricketing Era & Revolution is about to end, the AST era will begin (I mean After Sachin Tendulkar years like BC/AD of Jesus Christ).

Sachin Tendulkar said “All my life, I have had a dream of playing Cricket for India. And I have been living this dream for the last 24 years. It is hard for me to imagine life without playing Cricket, because it is all I have done since the age of 11”. Much like the master himself, it is going to be difficult for the followers of the game for whom Sachin Tendulkar has been become a daily habit they cherish in their life.

Hard work, Determination, Dedication, Humility & Passion were the foundation on which he could maximise his skill and talent to achieve the kind of success he has over the last two decades. Every game he played, he would have the enthusiasm of a teenager and that is one thing I really admire about the great man.

Sachin Tendulkar without a shade of doubt is the greatest cricketer India has ever produced. He has truly been an ambassador of India. He has and will always remain to be a source of inspiration for generations to come. I would like to thank the little master for all the joy and entertainment he has provided us and would respect his decision to retire. Now that the inevitable is about to happen, India’s productivity is sure to change leap and bounds, so China & the rest of the world beware!!!!

Well, even God will be thankful to Sachin Tendulkar because thanks to him people refer the term “God” so often. I would like to share with all the followers of the game “Don’t be sad that he is retiring, just treasure the fact you got to watch Sachin Tendulkar bat”
